Becoming Her

THERE IS MORE OF YOU WAITING TO BE LIVED

Transformational spaces for women ready to stop overriding themselves and begin living with more freedom, aliveness and self-trust.

Reconnect with yourself

Somewhere inside the life you’ve built you’ve become harder to hear.

For many women, there comes a point when something no longer feels quite right.

From the outside, life may look successful. You may have built a career, a business, a family or a life you’ve worked hard for. You’re capable, thoughtful, and often the person other people turn to.

But underneath the doing, deciding, supporting and holding everything together, something in you knows there’s more.

More honesty. More space. More aliveness. More trust in yourself.

You may find yourself thinking, “I should be grateful,” or “I should be able to manage this.”

And still, you sense there is more to you than the life you’re currently living.

You can’t quite put your finger on what’s missing. You tell yourself you’ll feel better when work calms down, when life feels less demanding, or when you finally have time to think.

But the feeling doesn’t go away.

Instead, it gets harder to ignore.

Not because something is wrong with you.

Because something important inside is asking for your attention.

How we lose ourselves

It rarely happens all at once.

It happens gradually, as you respond to what everyone and everything needs from you.

The roles you take on.
The responsibilities you carry.
The expectations you absorb.
The ways you learn to keep the peace, push through, cope, please or hold everything together.

Little by little, your attention gets pulled outwards.

You become so used to responding to what other people need, and somewhere along the way, your own needs, desires and limits become easier to override.

You may still know, deep down, when something matters, no longer fits or needs to change.

But it gets harder to hear those signals clearly when so much of you is organised around keeping everything going.

That’s the part of you Becoming Her helps you reconnect with.

The answers you’re looking for have been within you all along.

Nothing about you is broken.

You don’t need fixing.

And you don’t need another set of rules telling you who to be or how to live.

You need space to hear yourself again.

Space to slow down.

Space to notice what you’ve been overriding.

Space to listen beneath the shoulds, responsibilities and old ways of coping.

Space to reconnect with the wisdom that has been there all along.

Becoming Her.

A different way of finding your way back to yourself.

Becoming Her brings together breathwork, mentoring, reflection, body awareness and intuitive practice to support change at more than the level of thought and mindset.

Because you can have insight, self-awareness and years of personal growth behind you – and still feel like the freer, more alive version of you hasn’t fully made it into your everyday life.

This work is about closing that gap.

Helping what you know become something you can feel, choose, practise and live.

So the life you’re living starts to hold more of who you really are.

What begins to change.

When you return to yourself, life starts to feel different.

You begin to quieten the constant mental noise.

You notice when you’re slipping into old patterns – catching yourself before the automatic yes, and hearing the quiet no before you override it.

You stop second-guessing yourself and looking outside yourself for every answer.

You become clearer, and begin making decisions from self-trust rather than guilt, obligation or expectation.

You let go of ways of being that no longer fit, and make more room for what gives you energy, meaning and aliveness.

And, perhaps most importantly, you begin to feel more at home in yourself again.

Ways to begin…

There are different ways to step into this work, depending on the kind of support you need right now.

Meet Cathy.

Creating the space for women to reconnect with themselves.

I’m Cathy Ballard, founder of Becoming Her and Natural Breathwork.

For more than 25 years, I’ve supported women through coaching, breathwork and transformational practices.

I work with self-aware women who feel a growing gap between the life they’re functioning in – and the woman they know they could be.

Women who are capable, thoughtful and often holding a lot – but who sense there is more truth, freedom and aliveness available to them than the version of life they’ve been coping with.

My role isn’t to give you the answers.

It’s to create the space where you can hear your own – and begin trusting them enough to live from them.
